Dominique & Clinton's Anodyne Coffee Wedding (with Harry Potter Vibes & Puppies)!!

Dominique and Clinton made the fantastic choice to host their wedding at Anodyne Coffee Roasting Co. in Walkers Point, and it was magical. Speaking of Magical things - the reception was Harry Potter-themed, with wizarding flourishes at each table and some legit wand duals later in the evening.

I met up with the couple at a cute AirB&B in Walkers Point. It is always a good idea when a couple chooses a getting-ready location that is fun, bright, and happy. It gets the day off on the right foot and makes the photos awesome too! This house was beautifully designed, full of art and natural light - and most importantly, they allowed pets! This is critical because Dominique and Clinton could not imagine celebrating their wedding day with their three adorable dogs.

After we captured the first look and some wedding party photos at the house, we headed for my new favorite Ivy wall in Walker’s Point to make a few more memories (I love that the wall faces East, which puts the sun behind it in the afternoon and gives off these cool flares). From there, we were ready to head to Anodyne for the Ceremony and the feasting to follow. The room was transformed into the Hogwarts Great Hall, and while the weather didn’t change in the ceiling, Anodyne did have a magical feel about it the whole night. Throw in some toast with butter beer and you have an amazing party!

Dominque & Clinton are wonderful and happy humans, and I wish them all the love, laughter, and magic in their lives together!
