Sneak Peek: Chelsea + Josh's Walkers Point Wedding at The Filament
Sneak Peek: Chelsea + Josh’s wedding was fantastic. They wanted their day to feel joyful and fun - and for everyone to feel connected, and everything turned out perfect.
The Filament was a perfect venue for them - situated right in the middle of the iconic and photographic part of Walkers point - it provided both easy access to cream city brick and the river as well as a beautifully restored and distinctively Milwaukee converted warehouse where they could host their celebration.
Their friend Ari performed the ceremony - and whatever this trend is of having a close family member or friend officiate your wedding - I AM TOTALLY HEAR FOR IT! I seriously love it. In the past 5 years, I have seen so many Aunts, Dads, brothers, best men, Bridesmaids, and more get official so they could perform the ceremony and they have all done so well!
One of my favorite parts of their day was the first look. They wrote letters to each other and read them together. It was so intimate and emotional and real. Another favorite part was walking around walkers point with the couple and their wedding party. So many amazing people, so much laughter and fun!
Chelsea and Josh are wonderful humans and I wish them love and joy for all their years!
