Alexandria & Joshua's Saint Francis De Sales and Seven Bridges Engagement Session!

Alexandria and Joshua are a wonderful couple who share a love of Lord of the Rings and maybe Star Wars too.

There are lots of other wonderful things about them - but I mention both those because they factor into both their wedding celebration and their engagement session.

We met up last fall at St. Francis De Sales for their engagement session. The Seminary grounds are beautiful, with the wooded drive leading back to historic and grand architecture. It was a wonderful backdrop for their love story, complete with swirling fall leaves and golden hues.

From there, we headed to Seven Bridges for an outfit change and some medieval weaponry. It just so happens that I have some authentic movie replicas for two of the LOTR swords (Glamdring and Andúril if you want specifics) as well as a replica of Luke Skywalker’s lightsaber (the green one from ROTJ if you must know).

Throughout the session we talked and laughed a lot - Alexandria and Joshua are wonderful humans - and we dreamed about their perfect wedding day together!
