Rick + Meagan's St James 1868 Wedding

An evening of old-world elegance in the heart of Milwaukee — intimate, unhurried, and completely theirs.

St. James 1868 was made for a wedding like this. The Abbey's soaring stone pillars, its one-of-a-kind bridal suite, and its tucked-away courtyard in the heart of Milwaukee created the perfect backdrop for Rick and Meagan — a couple who didn't need to do anything grand to fill the room. They just had to show up.

The ceremony was warm and still. Surrounded by close friends and family beneath the venue's exquisitely restored stained glass, the two exchanged their vows with the kind of ease that only comes from really, truly knowing someone.

Dinner gave way to dancing, and dancing gave way to something close to magic. The night ended in the courtyard under an open sky — their final dance lit by sparklers and the quiet electricity of everyone who loves them watching.
