I have been looking forward to Leila + Nick’s wedding celebration for years - ever since I met Leila on a styled shoot we worked on together for a Magazine. Needless to say, when she called about her actual wedding, I was over the moon! Even better - her wedding is a fusion of two cultures and includes multiple chances to take photos with Nick and Leila.

Their Henna night was one of the Moroccan-inspired aspects of their wedding celebration. Leila was carried into the celebration on a palanquin, and then there was a LOT of dancing to Moroccon tunes! As a result - I learn about Nancy Ajram’s music and have had a lot of fun expanding my knowledge of Moroccan music and culture!

I love every time I get to learn about new cultural wedding customs and Nick and Leila are amazing people. Next step - their full wedding in just over a week!
