Salem + Fatma's Villa Terrace Museum & Gardens Wedding in Milwaukee was full of so much love and enthusiastic celebration!

I have mentioned before that the Villa Terrace is a stunning backdrop for any wedding, with its sixteenth-century Italian villa styling nestled right into the hillside overlooking the Milwaukee lakefront. The Villa has many incredible features, including a classic courtyard, gorgeous interior spaces, an expansive great hall, the Parnassus Terrace - overlooking the Gardens below, and the Renaissance Garden itself! Couples have many choices about where their ceremony can take place and how to utilize the spaces!

One thing that was new to me with Fatma and Salem’s wedding was the Zaffa. A Zaffa is a wedding parade of sorts with loud instruments, dancing, drums, and more. “Participate in a Zaffa at the Villa Terrace” should have been on my bucket list all along. Such a fun time! Also, I haven’t had such a delicious Feast of Middle Eastern cuisine since a night in Aman, Jordan in 2014 - Taqwa on 27th is now a new personal favorite!

Fatma and Salem, together with their friends and family, created an amazing atmosphere of love and celebration that I am going to be thinking about for a long time. The dancing was frenetic, the food was SO incredible, and the feels were intense. Also, they are such a cute couple and so fun to be around!
